Affiliate Disclosure
Cups & Grams is free to use. Some links on this site, specifically the kitchen-tool recommendations, are affiliate links. This page explains exactly what that means. Last updated 2026-06-13.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is an ordinary link with a tracking code attached. If you click one and then buy something, the retailer pays us a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same either way; the commission comes out of the retailer's margin, not your pocket.
The Amazon Associates Program
Cups & Grams is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
What we link to, and what we don't
We point to one kind of thing: a digital kitchen scale, because weighing is the single biggest accuracy upgrade a home cook can make, and every guide here says so whether or not you ever click a link. We have not lab-tested specific models, so the links go to a search of well-rated options rather than one "best" pick we cannot stand behind. We do not take payment to recommend a product, and a commission never changes what we say about one.
You never have to use them
Every tool, chart and guide here works the same whether you buy anything or not. The affiliate links exist so the site can stay free; using them is optional. Questions are welcome on the contact page.
