Diamond Crystal runs about 8 g a tablespoon, just under 3 g a teaspoon; Morton is nearly double at 16 g a tablespoon. So 1 tsp of table salt equals roughly 2 tsp of Diamond Crystal but only about 1¼ tsp of Morton. Weigh it and the brand stops mattering.
