  • Not a 1:1 swap for wheat flour. Replace up to 25% of AP with almond flourA in non-yeast recipes (up to ⅓ cup per cup in yeast doughs) (King Arthur Baking)
    Almond flour has no gluten and weighs less per cup (about 3⅜ oz vs 4¼ oz for AP). Measure loosely; over-packing makes baked goods dense.
